返品について

返品に関しては、下記の条件に合う場合に受けたわまります。商品の到着より15日以内にご返送ください。

• 商品のサイズがオーダーしたものの異なる場合
• 商品に破損やダメージがあった場合

上記の場合、新しい商品をできる限り迅速にお届けいたします。また、商品をご返送いただく際には、未使用、到着時のパッケージにてお願いいたします。

Returns 
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received the product. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns are only applicable under following circumstances -
- The product size does not match the ordered size
- The product is  in damaged condition upon receipt.
Under following circumstances, the customer will be provided with a new product with previously ordered specifications.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
